This is a property we were commissioned to update as a result of a pending sale. Whilst our good work on the garden wasn't solely responsible for the sale result, it was a major contributor to a sensationally fast sale. The property sold within 2 weeks. and for an amount the owner was ecstatic about, so what did we do?
The gardens and lawn areas were really tired, lacking definition and that polished look. We reduced the lawn level from about 1 foot (33cm) to a more normal 2 inches (50mm), removed long grass from fences and weeds from garden beds. Installed new garden edging, together with a variety of new and colourful plants and shrubs.
We upgraded all stone pathways and created a feature Rock garden setting in the back yard. All the lawn areas in the front garden were bare, with little quality soil to help new lawn grow, so we trucked in new soil and oversowed the area with new lawn. We don't often get called on to clean concrete pathways but on this occasion the property badly needed a high pressure clean so we tackled the task head on, with amazing results.
